We currently have the ability to rework within the work order templates. However, no email notifications get sent to users when it is done this way.

What underlying problem is this idea trying to solve?
Will allow users to be notified when a work order has been reworked this way. Will help users who don't understand the entire work flow rework to the proper step. |

Could you provide some further details in the comments (you can use private comments as well if you need to share some sensitive information on the configuration etc.)? Since the emails should be sent as you are asking. And we've just verified on the QA environment that they are being sent. So we will need to know the version you are using and potentially get a backup of the database etc.
