Extend the Elevated Permission to support modifying document title and remarks specifically.

    As of 23.00.07, users with Elevated Permissions can elevate their session to edit metadata which would normally be locked for approved change-controlled documents, such as Title and Remarks.

    This will bring up the warning dialog, and after confirmation user will be able to proceed with editing the metadata and files
