OR email notification format improvements

• subject field changes

  • it is confusing as it does not differentiate between the two notifications (for information and for completion)
    
    
    Here is the business request to update the Subject and the Body of the" for information" emails and "Close out" emails. Currently the emails are showing "For Information" in the Subject line for both the emails which will confuse the users. Please let me know should you need further clarification.

  • Close Out: Completed review sent to contractor, the subject line should be : Review completed - Workflow number Workflow title

  • For Information: Email Sent for Information should have the subject line: For Information - Workflow number Workflow title
