Request that the senders NAME, SURNAME and ORGANIZATION to be displayed as metadata underneath 'Date issued' on the new transmittal email layout.

What underlying problem is this idea trying to solve?
On the old transmittals email you could see who the transmittal was from, this is no longer the case & takes multiple clicks to open the transmittal to see who sent it, this is time consuming and doesn't help when disseminating work to multiple people in my team. |
The process of electronic distribution has been significantly improved in ALIM server / Web 24.00.00.
The updated wizard includes less steps and has better performance, and the updated email notification captures not only name and organization of the issuer, but also additional fields like Remarks.
