A reviewer may not have access to a document, especially if the system is setup to hide documents by package.

If the LR gets to select reviewers without access, they will be notified. When they open OR they will not see the documents they are to review.

Example: DC from work package A assigns the lead reviewer. LR assigns reviewers and one of the reviewers hypothetically is actually not part of work package so he doesn't get to see the documents, but LR still selects him without knowing that the user won't have access to this.

The simplest Solution is as reviewers are added and the system checks for their access to the documents . A warning pops up to say which users do not have access to this document to which document.
