Enhance the eQL used for Reports to include the STUFF() function.

This would allow multi value columns or multiple related objects to be displayed on a single row as a comma separated list rather than one row per related object/value. This would remove the duplicate rows issue in the current Reports/Searches where a column has multiple values; eg Document Report with column showing related Tags.

This was originally logged as SR7001376327 on 16FEB22 as an enhancement request but unfortunately was not migrated; see attached snip.
