The form UI presented to the user currently should provide a similar experience across the applications.

The top of the first form looks a bit too high (should be approx 100 px) , the fonts too big (should be 24 px and 14 px), the 'Exit' icon should be in the top right corner. The name and the company title alligned to the left.

We should leave at least 80 px from the top of the page when displaying the form.
