Unable to configure and expose instructions for child tasks that surface on the Owner Review UI

For other tasks the instruction field is available (1st image) however for child review task the Instruction field is not available (2nd image)

Consequently users are unable to configure and expose instructions for child tasks that surface on the Owner Review UI (3rd image)
