OR – in PDF Viewer provide the ability to show issues from different files versions markup (leveraging side by side view)

By Leveraging ALIM-I-1132 (side by side view of different file versions) provide the ability to show issues from historic revisions.

Example: show the list of Issues in the PDF Markup REV B, C, D... . But annotations might not be possible

Note: this work expands from ALIM-I-1132, one part is the side by side view and the other is the ability to show issues
