While attempting to remove a Document from a Folder, user noticed apparent inconsistency in the ALIM Import/Export tool; if you use DELETE for Folder Objects, the tool deletes the entire Folder.

IF you use CREATE, the tool correctly adds the Document to the Folder. You would the same import row with Action=DELETE to remove the Document from the Folder but the tool deletes the entire folder.

This behaviour by the tool is illogical and inconsistent; the tool adding a Document using Folder Objects CREATE but deleting the folder when using Folder Objects DELETE
