Is there a way to set the Explore pane wider in ALIM Director. By default, it is very narrow and most of the objects in the explore pane are cut off.
Either it should be wider by default (for everyone) or there should be a way to set it to the width a user wants and then it opens at that width every time the user opens director.

What underlying problem is this idea trying to solve?
The first think all our Director users do when opening Director is move the “Bar” to the right. This is actually very frustrating. I often get complains from our power users (who think ALIM is being silly). I think the default setting is still from the days when we had 4:3 square monitors. With widescreen monitors it makes sense to make the explore pane wider by default. |
