Comments for workflows should be more prominent. Easier to access (right now, requires multiple clicks to find where to add comments) and Higher visibility (bottom of the list of objects) of comments added to workflows. Make it stand out in a workflow.

You mean surfacing 'Add note' action within one click somewhere on the workflow page, as opposed to two clicks (actions > Add note)?
Can there be a "comments" or "notes" button on the bottom to make it easier to get to?
The Notes topic can be configured to appear first in the list of relationship topics, and can be expanded by default. This is part of the layout configuration (using Layout Editor).
