Provide the ability to create and configure Contextual Reports for Grouped Virtual Items, to allow for reporting on a GVI and its related objects (eg related Documents).
eg we have a hierarchical metadata tree, and some items in the tree are related to Documents. We would like to be able to view the tree VI then get a report for that VI and its related documents. This would also allow exporting of the report results to csv (Excel).

What underlying problem is this idea trying to solve?
Fill a gap in current missing functionality. Theoretically it should be possible to create a contextual report on any object in the application. |
