ALIM Import/Export - Support Updating File Metadata

Why is it useful?
It would allow bulk update of file metadata, that currently requires either one-by-one update using Director, or raising yet another Support Case.
ie It would improve efficiency.
Who would benefit from it?
Probably every customer that uses ALIM Import/Export.
How should it work?
ALIM I/E should allow updating of file metadata, eg view sequence

What underlying problem is this idea trying to solve?

1) Allowing users with sufficient permissions to bulk import file properties.
2) Negating the need for users to manually update one document/file at a time - not practical with >1 million current revisions
3) Negating the need to raise yet another Support Case to bulk update documents for a user with sufficient permissions
4) Help Bentley make sure all their applications work the same / are aligned - I can update view sequence in Director and ALIM Web.
