A lot of legacy users (migrating to ALIM Web from Classic UI) have their Web preferences configured to use Advanced Search as the default landing page.

In ALIM Web this is not supported (with more emphasis on omnipresent Quick Search instead). However, many users still prefer to use advanced search due to more flexibility and better performance
