Users are finding it difficult to understand the context of a review when using the system:
What work package is it for?
How it is uniquely identified?
Who created it, what org are they in?
When did they do it?
Who is the consolidator and their org?
Two areas of the system require further information on the review:
On the review lists screen (My Reviews and All reviews) there may exist a long list of reviews. A side panel showing a summary would allow the user to quickly access more details instead of having to open individual reviews.
On the review itself. more information will be needed about the review (not just the title and description.
Side panel must provide all metadata for workflow:
Workflow Code (including link to alimweb)
Workflow Title
Workflow Description
Created By
Created By Organisation
Created Date
Consolidator
Consolidator Organisation
All User defined attributes
Any non subject relationships that are not documents.
