Provide means to navigate to Task inbox app from ALIM Web

Currently, there's no way to open the Task inbox application from ALIM Web. So, users have to either configure reports (or auto-filing folders) to display tasks that are Planned, Inbox, etc. or keep the two entry points open (ALIM Web and the separate Task Inbox).

It would help to surface "Go to inbox" action on the Tasks card in the landing page, e.g.:
