Currently the Owner Review portal does not have a search field, similar to ALIM – this would act as a form of universal search for items within the portal.

Intended outcome: A given portal user can enter search for issues, workflows, documents (including wildcard terms) into this area, and Owner Review then displays related results.

With this capability, Users are able to find all workflows associated to a given document, by searching for a document. They can find all workflows associated to a given document relationship. They can search by other attributes / values that are already present in the Owner Review portal content e.g. issue number,

Impact of not doing: User is required to scroll down the list of review items and open them to see which documents are in that workflow. They need to navigate to AssetWise and search for Documents and relationships there to try find the associated workflow. Client is currently extracting data into its own Microsoft PowerBI instance to be able to find associations.
