Enhancement request to mitigate a user error issue where Users can add more than 1 image file to "General Photograph" class Documents which results in the Structure Report contextual report having all photos in the current Document shown. Example can be found on STR_24145 (PDF attached). Request is to have a system limit for the "General Photograph" Document Class that only permits one file per Document Revision

Being able to add multiple files to the same document causes duplications in the layout of the specific contextual report. |
To Prevent multiple files being uploaded to a Document, the Document should be 'Approved' after the initial file is uploaded. This will prevent additional files from being added
