ALIM Import/Export - Support Elevated Permissions

Why is it useful?
It would align ALIM I/E with ALIM Web and ALIM Director functionality and, most importantly, allow bulk import of document updates - this is very important when you have a LOT of documents.
It's crazy to think that Bentley think it's an 'enhancement' to align the functionality of their client applications.
Who would benefit from it?
Probably every customer that uses ALIM Import/Export.
How should it work?
ALIM Import/Export should work like Director - if the user importing has sufficient permissions, then let them import the updates.

What underlying problem is this idea trying to solve?

1) Allowing users with sufficient permissions to bulk import document updates.
2) Negating the need for users to manually update one document at a time - not practical with >1 million current revisions
3) Negating the need to raise yet another Support Case to bulk update documents for a user with sufficient permissions
4) Help Bentley make sure all their applications work the same / are aligned.
