When an email is received by the recipient of a transmittal - the transmittals subject line is not in the main body of the text on screen.
It is in the email subject line, but this is often lost / out of sight for the user as it goes off the page when using outlook.
We would like the TRN Subject field to be duplicated so its also shown in the main body of the text as demonstrated in the attached screenshot. The Transmittal Number is already duplicated in this way.

What underlying problem is this idea trying to solve?
People knowing exactly why a Transmittal has been sent to them. This is often current frequently missed by users as its contained in a string of information.. The users eyes are not drawn to the yellow highlighted area and It would be logical to have this information in the main body of the email. |
