Introduce paging for Files topic and named relationships topics in ALIM Web
Do not attempt to load all information from the default section in one go, rather load information in chunks and allow user to page through the topics as required
We have several users who do not like the new ALIM Web's predictive search.
The users find that the predictive search appears to reduce search performance and decreases the user's experience when searching.
